HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- It is only fitting that a member of the CBS 6 Sports team chose to perform his Month of Giving act of kindness at a local sporting goods store. Sean Robertson surprised a mother buying her daughter a leotard at Disco Sports in Henrico. All month long, the CBS 6 news team will be in the community, helping people through random acts of kindness. We hope those who are helped will then be inspired to pay it forward. "How about we take care of that for you," Sean asked the woman waiting in line at the store. "In return we ask you do something nice, to pay it forward."
"I'll do several nice things," the surprised mom said. "It's incredibly generous. I feel quite undeserving."
