RICHMOND, Va. -- The two-vehicle crash that closed lanes at the intersection Three Chopt Road and Patterson Avenue, near the Village Shopping Center, in Richmond's West End remained under investigation. Witnesses reported one car T-boned the other car at the intersection. Witnesses also reported seeing one man pulled from one of the crashed cars, however police have not yet released information about crash nor the people involved.
