HENRICO, Va. — A female taxi driver reported that she was sexually assaulted early Monday, outside St. Mary’s Hospital.
The incident happened around 1: 30 a.m., in the parking area of the hospital, in the 5800 block of Bremo Road.
The victim was alleged that she was ‘inappropriately touched” by Ronald Phillip Elligson.
Elligson was charged with one count of sexual battery, a misdemeanor charge.
