RICHMOND, Va. — Alexis is a 10-year-old female who is quick to point out that she is vertically challenged — she is short. Despite her being short for her age, she is very beautiful. She has a wonderful personality and is very engaging. Alexis is very intelligent. Alexis enjoys creating her own games and is quite good at it. While creating her own games and the rules to go with the games, she is quite the conversationalist.

In Virginia, we have over 860 children who are ready for foster to adoption. In other words, these children are ready to find their permanent and loving forever families.
