Police said officers were dispatched to a shoplifting incident in the 5900 block of Glenside Drive. Officials said officers spotted the car involved and tried to pull it over. That’s when the car took off and got onto the interstate.

Police said the driver of that car lost control of the car and wrecked along I-64 right not far from where the interstate splits into I-95.
