NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. — All lanes have reopened after a wreck on I-64 west near Bottoms Bridge closed all lanes of the interstate Wednesday afternoon.
VDOT reported traffic was getting by on the shoulder before the interstate reopened.
As of 5:15 p.m., traffic was backed up about five miles.
