Missing man with dementia found safe

UPDATE: Mr. Kim is now back at his nursing home and he is fine, police said.

PETERSBURG, Va. -- Petersburg Police are searching for a missing man. San Kim, 71, was last seen at noon on Monday, November 9, according to police. Kim suffers from dementia and hypertension, and walks with a limp. He also holds his right arm for support, police said.

Kim, who does not speak English, is described as five-foot-two, 150 pounds, with brown hair. He is of Asian descent. He was last seen wearing a red hat, black coat, black pants, and a striped shirt. He walks with a cane. Kim may have visited a Walmart in Colonial Heights or Petersburg before he went missing.

Anyone who sees Kim or has information about his whereabouts can call 911 or Crime Solvers at 861-1212.
