RICHMOND, Va. — A water main break has shut down part of 18th Street in Shockoe Bottom.
Flooding as a result of the water main break has caused 18th Street between Franklin Street and Broad Street to be shut down. No word yet on when repairs will be completed and the road will be reopen.
