CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank in Chesterfield County Saturday morning.
It happened just before 11 a.m. in the 7300 block of Jeff Davis Highway about a mile south of the Chippenham Parkway.
Officers said a man wearing dark clothing walked into the Wells Fargo and handed the teller a note demanding money.
The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and ran south down Route 1.
No one was hurt, and police said he did not display weapon.
