RICHMOND, Va. -- Trevion Armstrong, one of the top wide receivers in Central Virginia, announced Friday that he will play college football next season at the University of Nevada.  Armstrong chose Nevada over Toledo, Pittsburgh and Illinois.

Trinity Head Coach Sam Mickens said Armstrong was the first Trinity student commit to a Division 1-A football team since the sport was reintroduced at Trinity.
