UPDATE: Just after 6 p.m. Monday all lanes reopened.
RICHMOND, Va. -- Several lanes remain closed on Interstate 95 south, just north of Franklin St. (Exit 74B), due to a crash.
"The left and center lanes are closed. Traffic is getting by in the right lane. Crews estimate cleanup could take another 30 minutes," a VDOT spokeswoman advised. "The backup is currently 4.5 miles. Drivers are strongly encouraged to use an alternate route."
Lanes are closed just north of Franklin St. (Exit 74B) due to a crash.
