RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond is just hours away from the opening ceremony for the UCI World Road Championships, so Mayor Dwight Jones stopped by CBS 6 to talk about the city’s preparation for the event.
“We’ve been working on this for about five years, so I feel very good about our state of readiness,” Jones said.
