RICHMOND, Va. — Summer vacation is nearly over in Central Virginia and thousands of students will soon head back to school. Some parents keep summertime hours for their children, allowing the kids to stay up later at night and sleep-in longer in the morning. Experts advise getting children back into their school year routines before school actually begins.
A Wisconsin school district recently shared a chart that advised parents on when children should go to sleep based on their age.
