CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- The shotgun-toting robber who walked into Argent Credit Union on Oxbridge Road Thursday afternoon and walked out with cash is believed to be the same man who robbed the Wells Fargo on Amberdale Drive twice earlier this summer.
Police described the Argent robber as a thin white man between five-feet eight-inches and six-feet tall. He was wearing a dark blue ski mask, blue jeans, white t-shirt, white jacket with gray trim, dark and white tennis shoes and a dark blue backpack, police said.
"This suspect appears to be the same man who robbed the Wells Fargo located nearby at 9601 Amberdale Drive on June 27, 2015 and July 18, 2015," police said. "No one was injured in those incidents."
No one was hurt in Thursday's robbery either. It happened at about 4:50 p.m.
