CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — The Fresh Market grocery store is hosting a career open house for those interested in a position at their new store in Chesterfield County.
The new location will be located at 4600 Commonwealth Centre Parkway, in the space previously occupied by Barnes and Noble.
The career open house will be held on Thursday, September 24 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Four Points Richmond located at 9901 Midlothian Turnpike.
The store has up to 90 positions open. Available positions include:
- Assistant Deli Manager
- Assistant Front End Manager
- Assistant Grocery Specialist
- Assistant Produce Manager
- Baker
- Bulk Specialist
- Candy/Coffee Specialist
- Cheese Specialist
- Gift/Floral Specialist
- Grocery Specialist
- Meat Cutter
- Seafood Specialist
The store asked candidates interested to apply online, with keyword 216, prior to attending the open house.
Candidates who meet the required qualifications will receive an invitation to schedule an appointment with The Fresh Market’s hiring team.
The Fresh Market currently has 176 stores in 27 states across the U.S. The new store in Chesterfield County will be the company’s 14th in Virginia.
