Police investigating stabbing in Richmond Food Lion parking lot

RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond police are investigating a stabbing in the parking lot of a Richmond Food Lion.

Police said around 8:45 p.m. two men had a dispute which led the stabbing in the lot of Food Lion, located at 5650 Hull Street Road.

Police said the victim had non-life threatening lacerations to the face.

They said the suspect fled the scene. There is no word on whether the suspect fled by foot or vehicle.

Police are actively searching for the suspect. They are no descriptions at this time.
