RICHMOND, Va. -- A reward has been established after a slew of businesses were vandalized.
Over 10 police reports have been filed, according to a real estate management company in the neighborhood.
Main Street Realty and “1 Scott’s Addition” are offering a $150 reward to the first person that can positively identify the people seen in the images below, and help the police find them.
