GUADALUPE ISLAND, Mexico – A 50-year-old shark known as Deep Blue is being hailed as the “biggest white shark ever seen.” New video of Deep Blue was posted on Facebook Monday and has already been viewed more than 1 million times.
The video was taken in 2013 near Guadaulpe Island in Mexico during a tagging effort by Shark expert Mauricio Hoyos Padilla, according to Discovery network,
The shark was 20 feet in length and appeared to be pregnant, according to GrindTV. The shark was featured in Shark Week 2014, but this new footage was just released.
