RICHMOND, Va. -- A 14-year-old boy was shot while walking down the 3400 block of McGuire Drive in Richmond Tuesday night, according to Richmond Police. The teen was shot in the leg and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said they received a call for shots fired at around 7:30 p.m. The victim was walking in the area when a red vehicle, described as small to mid-sized, drove by and a shot was heard.
Richmond Police asked anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000.
