HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – A man died after a traffic accident at approximately 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Bond St. and E. Nine Mile Road in Henrico County’s East End.
Witnesses said that it appeared to be a moped accident. The victim’s identity is not being revealed until next of kin is notified.
