RICHMOND, Va - Chef Tim Clinton, of Max’s On Broad, stopped by the studio to put together their signature Lavender Encrusted Scallops with Lemon in honor of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Anthem LemonAid Challenge. This is the second year Max’s On Broad will participate in the challenge, which raises money to help support local families with children in the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU.
