RICHMOND, Va. — Capitol Police released photos of two women wanted as part of an investigation into stolen credit cards at the Monroe Building in downtown Richmond. Three credit cards were stolen from the building July 8 and quickly put to use.

“The credit cards were then used unlawfully to make purchases at the Apple store, Best Buy, and Walgreens located in the Short Pump area,” Virginia Division of Capitol Police Captain Randall Howard said. “A review of the video surveillance footage from the different stores showed two unknown black females driving a black Mercedes e350 coupe with an unknown Pennsylvania registration.”
