RICHMOND, Va -- Richmond Police are working to figure out who smashed windows and vandalized cars in the parking lot of Broad Rock Baptist Church around 8 p.m. Tuesday. Church members said they were at choir practice when rocks and bricks were smashed through their car windows. In addition to the vandalism, victims reported stole pursues and stolen medicine from their cars.

"Church is one of the places you're suppose to feel safest at, and somebody has come and invaded that," said Matasha Eaton.

"It really takes a sick individual to come on church grounds and to do something like that," Grace Walker added.

Anyone with additional information about this case can call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
