COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. — Temple Avenue has reopened after an accident closed lanes at Charles Dimmock Parkway, in Colonial Heights. Deputy Fire Marshal Joe Boisseau called the accident “major.” The road reopened at about 2:45 p.m. Anyone with additional information about the accident can submit a news tip or photo here.
