RICHMOND, Va. - A third man has been arrested in relation to the thirty guns stolen from American Family Pawn Shop in Powhatan.

The crime was captured on intense surveillance video by the owner, Kevin Penrose.

"A big relief," said Penrose, "If a third guy was caught that means that if there's more guns they're not going to get sold."

The ATF confirmed to CBS 6 Tuesday that Michael Thomas was arrested over the weekend in Richmond.

Thomas had his initial hearing in Federal Court Tuesday afternoon.

His next hearing is set for May 29.

Earlier Tuesday, the two other suspects in the case, Jerell Broadie and Jonathan Thorne also appeared it court.

The two learned that they would be held without bond.

CBS 6 spoke with a man who says he's related to Broadie and Thorne.

"Very nice gentleman, they come from a good family and very impressionable," he said.

Testifying in court, an ATF agent said that three of the stolen firearms had been recovered, but 27 were still missing.

Penrose said he's confident in law enforcement when it comes to the other guns.

"I have 100 percent faith that they are working diligently to recover these guns," said Penrose

According to court documents, another defendant is also listed in that case. His name is Meleke Osborne.
