HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Henrico Police made two arrests Thursday at spas that offer massages in the Ridgefield and Lakeside areas as part of an operation focusing on the investigation of businesses that offer massages.
Thirty-five-year-old Guiying Ma and 54-year-old Yun Yun Li were both charged with keeping a bawdy place and unlawful massage.
An employee at Oriental Spa Massage located on the 5500 block of Lakeside Avenue confirmed Ma had worked at the business for five days, but declined to comment further.

The owner of Rainbow Massage and Spa, Kim Winfrey, located on the 1800 block of Billingsgate Circle confirmed Li had worked for him for about two weeks.
Winfrey told CBS 6 that he questioned the allegations.
“I am shocked. She has turned away customers who came here looking for these kinds of services,” Winfrey said.
He also showed us a “Sexual Conduct Policy” he posted inside the spa. He said he posted it to alert clients and employees that he is “not tolerant of anything like that.”
“I’m trying to run an honest, reputable business. I’m a man of integrity. I would never intentionally operate a business that had any illegal activities what-so-ever,” Winfrey said.
Henrico Police confirmed this is the second time this year an employee at Rainbow Massage and Spa has been charged with unlawful massage.
