RICHMOND, Va - Hugh Joyce, President of James River Air Conditioning and Gallery Owner of ‘Gallery Flux,’ is excited to celebrate music and culture at the Ashland Theater Bluegrass Festival. Balsam Range will perform as the headliner, sharing their unique Southern band sound combining elements of jazz, country, gospel, swing, and old time music. The Town of Ashland now owns Ashland Theater, donated by Jean and A.D. Whittaker, and will be fully restored.
