Attention snorers! Study reveals possible link between sleep apnea and early memory issues

NEW YORK — Heavy snorers and people with sleep apnea may be more likely to have memory problems 10 years earlier than others. That’s according to research in the Journal Neurology which also found using breathing machines to treat sleep problems may help. Dr. Carol Ash, the Director of Sleep Medicine at Meridian Health, discussed the study and its findings on CBS This Morning.
