HOPEWELL, Va. — Investigators are asking for the public’s help to find the man who has been spray-painting graffiti in downtown Hopewell.
Hopewell police said the suspect was captured on surveillance video tagging the word “Chino” throughout the downtown area.
Officials released a limited description of the suspect, who they said was a white male with a close haircut and a slender build.
