James Fox and Thomas Garland Moore
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Henrico police have arrested two men accused of stealing radiators in the county.
Police said 41-year-old Thomas Garland Moore was identified as being involved in stealing between 10 to 20 radiators from the 6800 block of Cloverdale Street.
Moore faces two counts of grand larceny and possession of stolen property with intent to sell.
Additionally, 34-year-old James Fox is accused of also being involved in that theft and a burglary in the 2500 block of North Skipwith Road.
Fox also faces a charge of conspiracy to commit grand larceny.
