CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — All lanes of Interstate 95 north in Chesterfield, north of Chippenham Parkway (mile marker 67), have reopened following an earlier accident, according to VDOT. Traffic, which was backed up more than eight miles, was backed up six miles on I-95 north at 8:30 a.m. There is also a one -mile backup on Chippenham Parkway south. This is a developing story.
