RPD: Street parking spaces reserving in Richmond is not allowed

RICHMOND, Va. — A reminder from Richmond police — parking spots cannot be reserved.
A member of our CBS 6 team spotted this in the fan district and asked Richmond police about it. They responded on twitter saying:
“If that’s a lemonade stand we don’t predict much business.”
“Don’t place items in the road and no ‘saving’ parking spots.”
