UPDATED: Lanes reopened on I-295 South in Henrico County

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, all lanes are open on I-295 South in Henrico County near Cold Harbor Rd. (mile marker 31).
All lanes were closed for nearly two hours due to icy conditions and multiple crashes.
