RICHMOND, Va. -- There is one less route to cross the James River Monday night because of the storm.
The City of Richmond shut down the Boulevard Bridge, also known as the Nickel Bridge.
The bridge typically has problems during ice and snow events, because both sides are up on hills, and it slopes down in the middle.
There has been no word how long the bridge will remain closed.
