GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. — An accident on Interstate 64 west, just east of Route 288 in Goochland, created a two-mile back up Friday morning. At one point, all lanes of I-64 west were closed and traffic was forced to get by the crash scene on the shoulder. The lanes reopened at about 11:20 a.m.
