RICHMOND, Va - Michelle Haas and Angela Blumberg, Group Exercise Instructors at American Family Fitness, visited the studio to share some details about what AFF will be offering at this year’s CBS 6 Healthy Lifestyle Expo. The American Family Fitness booth will demo some group classes, offering free health screenings, and even raffling off a membership. There will also be family friendly demos and activities regarding cooking, working out, and kids programs.
