HOPEWELL, Va. — Hopewell police are asking the public’s help after a man was shot and killed early Sunday morning,
Officers responded to reports of shots fired just after midnight in the 1600 block of Stewart Avenue.
That’s where they found the body of 22-year-old Treon Ellis behind a house.
