Passerby finds woman’s body near Richmond cemetery, foul play not suspected

RICHMOND, Va. — A passerby in the area near Shockoe Hill Cemetery discovered a woman’s body on the street and called police Wednesday morning.

Police said while the investigation was on-going, foul play did not appear to have been a factor in the woman’s death.

The woman’s body was discovered in the area of East Hill and North 2nd Streets.
