RICHMOND, Va. — The window for heaviest rain and potential severe weather in Richmond will be from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Showers will gradually taper off from west to east later this afternoon and evening. Flooding and strong winds are our two primary storm threats.
