“Mark ‘Clean Up’ Skeete, 28, is wanted on two charges of attempted murder and two charges use of a firearm during the commission of a felony in connection with the shooting of two men on Wednesday, Sept. 17, in the 600 block of Warwick Village Drive,” Richmond Police wrote in an email. “Skeete is also a suspect in the shooting deaths of Saquenta Dixon and Andre Todd, both 26 and of the 5300 block of Hull Street, on Monday, Sept. 15, in the 5300 block of Hull Street.”

While police investigated the Hull Street shooting, they discovered a one-year-old baby inside the apartment.

“I saw just a little girl sitting in the middle of the floor. Sitting there quiet at first. But kind of whining. We saw that she was okay she didn’t look injured,” said Richmond Police Sergeant James Killingsworth said.

Sergeant Killingsworth said he comforted the little girl to make sure she was safe.

“Anytime you got a child involved it pulls at your heart-strings,” Killingsworth said. “You kind of process through it. But you always hope, you hope that little girl — despite this tragedy —  she can go on and have a full life. A good life.”

Skeete is described as a black male with a dark complexion around 32 years old and about 5 feet 6 inches tall. Skeete is reported to have a New York accent as well as a stained or discolored tooth with a black line across it.

Detectives said Skeete was likely still in Richmond and asked anyone who sees him to call the Department’s Tipline at 514-TIPS or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
