RICHMOND, Va - Executive Director of CVWMA Kim Hynes and City Manager of Colonial Heights Tom Mattis were excited to show the positive change their recycling initiative partnership brought to the city of Colonial Heights. In 2013, they launched an initiative to increase recycling and decrease the amount of trash in the city by giving residents helpful equipment and encouragement to make a change in how they dispense waste.
