RUSSIA — If timing is everything, a Russian man picked a good time to pull out of his garage and go for a drive. Moments after he backed out onto the street, a tornado tore through his neighborhood.
As the man attempted to drive back into his garage for safety, the storm’s strong wind knocked the garage to the ground.
