HENRICO COUNTY, Va.– Police are looking for the people who ripped off an elderly woman while she shopped and used her credit cards to go on a $10,000 shopping spree. The woman said she was approached by a man and a woman while inside a store along the 11000 block of Brook Road on August 30.

“As the man and woman distracted the victim, a second female was able to take three credit cards and cash from the victim’s purse,” Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick wrote in an email. “After following up on leads, two female suspects were identified on video surveillance. More than $10,000 has been charged on the stolen credit cards that were used at three different stores located in Glen Allen and Mechanicsville.”

Police asked anyone with information about the women in the picture to call Virginia State Police at (804) 553-3445.
