RICHMOND, Va. -- Runners will lace up their sneakers near the Carillon in Byrd Park for the inaugural Speak-Up 5K this weekend.
The event will honor Cameron Gallagher, the high school sophomore who died earlier this year after running a half-marathon.
Dave Gallagher, Cameron's father, talked with Bill Fitzgerald about how the race fulfills his daughter’s wishes.
