Police search for gunman in overnight apartment shooting

RICHMOND, Va. — One person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries  following an overnight shooting at a Richmond apartment complex.

Police were called to Rainbow Village on Admiral Gravely Boulevard, at about 1 a.m. Tuesday.

The victim was shot at least one time, police confirmed.

Police have not released information about a suspect or motive in this shooting.
