RICHMOND, Va.  -- Year two of the Washington Redskins training camp in Richmond kicked off Thursday.

"There is a little more seating than last year - no waiting this year," Redskins fan Karl Anderson said.

So what is different about the second go around?

For starters, media tents have been moved to another location, giving fans more space to see the main practice field.

Traffic however appears to still be an issue for some.

"The city closed Leigh street for the redskins today - Effectively killing our business," Sugar Shack donuts tweeted out early Thursday.

Parking in city lots have increased $2 this year and is now $7 dollars.

More local food is also available at Redskins camp this year.

On Leigh Street, six food trucks ranging from Buzz and Ned's to Carytown Burger and Fries greet fans.

There is however some concern among the venders regarding their location.

"I wish we were near the entrance," Angie, a Buzz and Neds catering manager, said. "I feel there are better locations for more foot traffic."

Some handicapped fans told CBS 6 that they were disappointed that not more improvements were made to improve their experience.

"They could do more," Anita Miller, who is disabled, told CBS 6.

Miller says the red gravel is difficult to navigate and when wet can easily cause her to get stuck.

"Why can't we get cement," she wondered.

CBS 6 will continue to cover Redskins training camp in the coming weeks. Stay with WTVR.com and CBS 6 News for updates.
