FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - A man was arrested for taking video or pictures of a 21-year-old woman undressing during a job interview.

The woman told police she was asked to take off all her clothes during two job interviews at Kloke Enterprises in Fredericksburg. She said her interviewer told her to get undressed in an empty office and try on uniforms.

During her second interview, the woman said she found a hidden camera in the office where she was told to undress.

"Following an investigation and the execution of a search warrant at a home in Spotsylvania County, Mark Allan Haynes, 46, was arrested on July 22 for unlawfully videotaping or photographing a person in a state of undress and without their consent,"  Fredericksburg Police spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe wrote in an email. "Haynes was incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under a $2,500 bond."

Kloke Enterprises, a Richmond-based moving company, has offices in Richmond, Fredericksburg, Northern Virginia and Tidewater.

"Throughout its 30 years in business, Kloke has strived to provide best-in-class service to its customers and to maintain a safe and respectful environment for its many employees and contractors," the company said in a statement. "The conduct attributed to Mr. Haynes in the incident report, if true, is deplorable and completely inconsistent with Kloke’s policies, culture, and values.  Kloke’s management was unaware of the actions alleged to have been taken by Mr. Haynes until receiving a complaint."

The company said it fired Haynes following an internal investigation into the matter.

"There have been no allegations that anyone else at Kloke was involved in or aware of this incident," the company's statement continued. "Kloke has and will continue to cooperate fully with authorities to facilitate their investigation. "

Police asked anyone with information about Haynes to call Detective Carlos Reyes at 540-654-5919.
