Henrico woman charged with DWI, assaulting officers

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – Police charged a woman with DWI, resisting arrest and assaulting police officers after an early-morning incident in Henrico.

Police were called to A.P. Hill Ave. near Nine Mile Rd. about 1 a.m. Sunday for a report of a disorderly situation.

“Prior to the officers arrival [Jessica Nicole] Broyles left the scene operating a motor vehicle,” Henrico Police said. “A short time later Ms. Broyles was stopped.”

Police have not yet released additional information about the circumstances surrounding the resisting arrest and three assaulting a police officer charges.
