(CNN) — North Korea is preparing to take to court two Americans accused of “perpetrating hostile acts,” North Korea’s state-run news agency KCNA reported Monday.

Jeffrey Fowle was detained this month. North Korea said in late April it was holding a different American man, who it said came to the country seeking asylum.

KCNA identified that man as Miller Matthew Todd, who it says was taken into custody on April 10. American sources have identified him as Matthew Todd Miller.

“According to the results of the investigation, suspicions about their hostile acts have been confirmed by evidence and their testimonies. The relevant organ of the DPRK is carrying on the investigation into them and making preparations for bringing them before court on the basis of the already confirmed charges,” the KCNA report read.
