Small businesses get a helping hand

RICHMOND, Va - In order to help small, disadvantaged businesses compete in the marketplace, the SBA created the 8 (a) Business Development Program. This program helps socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs gain access to the economic mainstream of American society. Brenda Campbell, President and CEO of Unlimited Services Management & Consultants, Inc, passed along helpful information on the program.  The “Real Truth About Doing Business’ Seminar is Saturday, June 28th at 4870 Sadler Road, Suite 300, Glen Allen.  The 2014 Entrepreneurs Conference is July 18th and July 19th at St. Paul’s Baptist Church on the Creighton Campus.
